Creating a ticket to report a problem with Paw Printing
You should create a ticket with IT if you are seeing either or both of the following issues:
- When you try to log in to My Print Center (pawprint.gcsu.edu), it says “user undefined”
- You have confirmed that you have a CatCash balance in your account, but the printer shows $0.00 funds
How to create a ticket:
- Scan the QR Code below (you will need to log in with your GCSU credentials).
- Select “Application/Software” under the Category dropdown.
- Select “Bobcat Card” under the Subcategory dropdown.
- Select your location under the Location dropdown (Example: “Russell Library_1015” or “Other”).
- Enter your mobile phone number in the Phone Number field.
- Select your Urgency in that field.
- In the “Please describe your issue below” field, let them know that you are unable to use the Paw Printing system. Give as much detail as possible (Example: “The system shows I don’t have CatCash, but I know I do”)
- Click or tap the “Submit” button on the right side of the screen.
After you’ve submitted your issue, someone from IT will be assigned to the ticket and will work with you to resolve the problem.
