This revolutionary equipment provides an opportunity for students and faculty to further their learning experience.
3D printing technology is available to students, faculty and staff to make three- dimensional objects in plastic using a design that is uploaded from a digital computer file.
In order to best serve the community, Russell Library adheres to the following procedures:
Estimates of the printing cost will be provided prior to acceptance of an order. The cost is based on the material volume consumption of the finished product measured in grams as calculated by the machine.
Charges are based upon the retail cost of the materials and is subject to change. The current charge for use of the 3D printers is $0.10/gram.
