Graduate Thesis/Dissertation Guidelines and Submission

How to Submit Thesis or Dissertation to Satisfy the Library's Requirements

Once a thesis or dissertation has been completed, and defended, all signatures have been obtained, and the Knowledge Box Deposit agreement has been completed, a graduate student should submit an electronic copy of their thesis/dissertation to Russell Library's institutional repository, the Knowledge Box.

To make submission easier, please have a pdf copy of both your thesis or dissertation and the completed signature sheet available. The signature page should be included in the same file as your thesis or dissertation. Steps for combining two PDF files are available at https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/online/merge-pdf.html

CREATE A KNOWLEDGE BOX ACCOUNT

If you have not yet created an account with the Knowledge Box, click the Sign Up link on the login page at https://kb.gcsu.edu/cgi/myaccount.cgi and enter the required information. Note that your Unify credentials are not the same as your Knowledge Box credentials.
