This guide is intended for use by Georgia College and State University graduate students to help them prepare their theses and dissertations for submission to the Knowledge Box (required), which is the library's institutional repository, and to ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Global (recommended).
Before submitting your thesis or dissertation :

Deadlines and Process : Seek assistance from your thesis advisors for deadlines, formatting and citation requirements, and the signatures process

Format : Make sure your document is properly formatted and organized according to the guidelines provided by the library as well as your academic department and college

Approval : A graduate student should have completed, defended, and obtained all necessary signatures before beginning the submission process
