Technology Checkout Procedures

Georgia College holds the right to restrict media equipment use for individuals abusing the services provided. Georgia College and the Ina Dillard Russell Library consider the following actions unethical:

1. Production/broadcasting of copyrighted audio or video works without consent of the owner.
2. Production of audio or video clips of a personal nature which may infringe upon the privacy of another individual.
3. Production of audio or video works with vulgar, indecent, or obscene content.

Users who violate these guidelines are subject to disciplinary action up to and including expulsion for students or termination for employees.
