Technology Checkout Procedures

Russell Library partners with the Student Technology Fee Advisory Committee to purchase cameras, iPads, laptops, and other equipment/technology for checkout to students of Georgia College. Technology is made available to support the university's liberal arts mission and in keeping with the following goals:

• The exploration of new technology and its usefulness in academic pursuits
• To provide access to technology that may be unavailable to individuals in our institution
• To promote innovative learning methods
• To aid students in understanding ever-changing technology and its role in academic, business, and personal life.

All technology is for student use. Faculty/Staff may check out technology subject to availability and the same procedures and fines. First priority for Library technology is for students.
