You may want to use a Media Release Form for students, patrons, or guests directly used in promotion of the library or its activities, such as podcasting. Please use the link below for a digital version or print and have the individual(s) sign, then return the physical form to the Marketing Committee Chair.
*If you do not use the form and the student is identifiable, then please make sure to ask the student(s) before taking a photo and let them know what it will be for so that they can give their permission.
