The statistics for FAQs can be helpful to librarians to capture information on the following:  

• The total number of public FAQ page views over a given time period
• The top 50 most popular FAQs over a given time period
• The top 50 least popular FAQs over a given time period
• A breakdown of FAQs with no views over a given time period
