Welcome to the Russell Library!

Now that you're a library employee, patrons will ask you all types of questions, ranging from the very simple to the very complex.  Patrons will ask you for assistance with everything from finding the restrooms to conducting academic research.

This guide is intended to help you determine which sorts of questions you can handle on your own and which sorts of questions you should refer to a Research Librarian.
