Each national climate change profile, one in a series of 25 national-level assessments, is the product of the African Development Bank-led project “Enhancing the capacity of African countries to use climate information to inform decision-making and implement NDCs”, sponsored by the Africa Climate Change Fund (bit.ly/AfDB-ACCF).

The Climate Action Tracker is an independent scientific project that tracks government climate action and measures it against the globally agreed Paris Agreement aim of "holding warming well below 2°C, and pursuing efforts to limit warming to 1.5°C." A collaboration of two organisations, Climate Analytics and NewClimate Institute, the CAT has been providing this independent analysis to policymakers since 2009.

This tool provides near real-time analysis of monthly temperature and precipitation for the globe and is intended for the study of climate variability. Data is provided globally, by hemisphere, by regions, and by land and ocean surface components. The interactive mapping tool allows analysis of the spatial patterns of global and regional analysis.

The Climate Change Knowledge Portal (CCKP) provides global data on historical and future climate, vulnerabilities, and impacts. Explore them via Country and Watershed views. Access synthesized Country Profiles to gain deeper insights into climate risks and adaptation actions.
