The Kathleen Wilkinson Wootten papers were transferred to Special Collections in 1983. Previously, they were housed in the Georgia Room of the Library until Special Collections was founded. Materials in the Georgia Room were collected by Mrs. Leola Beeson, wife of Dr. J. Luther Beeson, former president of the college, though the initial donor of this collection is unknown.
