GIL Accounts

GIL Accounts contain information of GC & USG library activities.  In My GIL Account, library materials can be renewed twice before the due date.  Library users are encouraged to monitor their GIL Accounts regularly.

Establishing a PIN

Did you know that you can monitor your library account and renew books online?

This brief tutorial uses screenshots to walk you through the process establishing your library PIN and accessing your online account.

Interlibrary Loan Accounts

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) accounts are accessible through ILLiad, the system for requesting materials not available from Russell Library or GIL Express, such as journal articles or DVDs. Please regularly check your account to stay up-to-date with your borrowed materials.

Overdue Fees and Blocks

Fines may be paid in either the Library or the Business office.  The Library accepts CatCash, cash or check.  The Business Office accepts Debit and Credit cards as well as CatCash, cash and check.  If you need assistance or have questions, contact the Circulation Desk or call (478) 445-4047.
