Reference Hours

The Reference Desk is staffed:

Fall & Spring Semesters:

Mon.- Thurs. 9am - 9pm

Fri. 9am - 5pm

Sun. 12pm - 9pm

 

Maymester & Summer:

Mon. - Thurs. 9am - 6pm

Fri. 9am - 5pm

Sun. 12pm - 8pm

*hours vary during exam weeks, between semesters and on holidays.

 

Getting Started with your Research at Georgia College

Suggestions for Finding a Topic:

  • Think of what you have read or seen recently that interested you.
  • Discuss your topic ideas with your class instructor.
  • Scan your textbook for topic ideas and suggestions.

 

Once you have a topic idea:

Check out the tabs above to find out how to locate resources in the Georgia College Library

AND

Discuss your topic with a reference librarian, they will be able to point you to related resources.
